on the motorola V60i it shows the battery meter in the upper right
corner of the display. There is also one in the menus under settings,
    phone status, battery meter.

At this moment the one in the upper right show 2 bars and the one
under the menu shows 4 out of 6 bars. anyone know which to
    believe?????? Tia

    Re: battery meter

The maximum number of bars on the main display is three.. So according
to the display, you have 2/3 battery remaining, and the one under the
menu says 4/6 battery remaining. Same thing, really.

Not sure about the V60i, but on the T720/730, the menu display ALWAYS
has an even number of bars, meaning that it conveys exactly the same
amount of information as the icon. On the StarTac7868, the menu screen
shows all integral number of bars. And the StarTac has this nice debug
screen which shows you the charging current and battery voltage, which
seems to be gone on the T720 & friends.

    Re: battery meter

My point was the 2/3=4/6 -- same information, believe both because they
    mean the same thing.
