Timeport 270C IMEI

Can anyone help me in obtaining the IMEI for my phone. I tried the
*#06# thing and it doesn't work.

The Timeport 270C has an ESN, for the sake of educational clarification, not
an IMEI. It is in the phones menu. Since my 270c is at Motorola , hopefully
my P280 menu is close Go to MENU-SETTINGS -PHONE STATUS-OTHER
INFORMATION-ESN and it will display the ESN. The 270c's Menu I have is VERY
close to the P280. If my assumption is wrong I am sure one of the 270c
owners that have their mphone in their hands will clarify. But armed with
that knowledge that its in the menu, I am sure you will figure it out. I
have Also, the ESN is located on the sticker under the battery

Thank you very much for your help. Will the ESN work the same way for
unlocking the phone ??

Subsidy lock? or phone is just locked? In short, if the phone is subsidy
locked you will need someone with software like Motorolas PST. &You can get
PST if you have a cable from here.

Thanks for the link. Will this software work with the 270c ?? I see
that they only mention the T720.

PST is the Service software used in the repair shops for Motorola CDMA and
GSM wireless phones. Like the owner of that website says, Its like being
your own little Motorola Service Center. BE ADVISED. There is a reason why
the General Public is not given this software. And theren is many phines out
there laying on the highway in 1000 pieces as well as under water or in
dumps. You can total your phone in a split second. by using this software
without training. But, you asked for it, and now you got it. Good Luck and
by all means "Lets Be Careful Out There!"
