Data Cable Software for Motorola V60...

I am trying to find out if anyone has a copy of the CD for this
software. My computer crashed about two months ago, and my son broke
the CD. I spoke with Cingular, and even though they have a record of
me purchasing it, they cannot offer me anything more than "call
motorola". I called them and they want $30 for the CD. I've found it
on Ebay for $15 plus S$H, but I refuse to pay for it again. Does
anyone know where else to get another copy of the software (drivers),
ar where to download it? please post or e-mail to smoker68x@yahoo.com.

he should have burned a copy BEFORE HE BROKE IT...thats what backup is
called, you dont back something up after you've lost it, theres
nothing to backup.

going to break in the future?

I back-up my high-dollar CDs, but not every lousy 2-cent driver disk.
That's what the internet is for! Driver downloads.

That's all you really need from the disk. The rest of the Cingular
software is basically just a "wizard" to setup the dialing settings
for using Cingular as an ISP. You can get those from Cingular's tech
support, or search for them on the web (or this NG.) John Navas' site
has a pointer to the "official" Cingular URL for the various data
settings (CSD, WAP, GPRS).

So if Motorola has the driver, you're good to go.
