Current update. As of 11-17-03 I have called Motorola and been informed that
the Firmware update on my 270c and BT Module was completed today. It is to
be shipped out tomorrow, 11-18-03 by 2nd Day Air. If all goes well, I will
have by Thursday and will be able to report what firmware version it arrives
back with in the phone, not sure if the software will allow me to read
exactly what has been upgraded in the module, although the CSR has told me
that Notes from the Tech says upgraded firmware both Phone and BT Module.
As a matter of reference for those that will be shipping their to Moto, you
can expect a total turnaround time of 17 days, if my experience is to be
considered the "norm".
Thats my story, and Im sticking too it.
