Motorolla Bluetooth Wireless car kit & Sony Ericsson P900

I'm having problems getting these two devices to operate as they should, has
anyone tried / had problems?

The bluetooth kit which has a 1000 name voice dialing facility built in does
not connect with the phone so this part of the feature is redundant!

What I mean is when you use the Voice dialing from the Bluetooth car kit,
nothing happens.
