I know how to toggle between upper and lower case on the v60i while entering
text to add an address book entry, etc, however while using the web browswer
I can not toggle case when entering a username for various services, IE:
Yahoo, AOL, Etc. I get onto the web and go to where I want to access Yahoo.
My password consists of upper/lower case characters. Using the same method
does not toggle to upper or lower case. Instead it moves the cursor. What am
    I doing wrong?

I found the same problem, and could not fix it in the phone, so I changed my
password. In my case, I had to change the first letter to a CAP, but the
rest I can change in the phone.
