entering a Pause in a phone number on T720

Anyone know how you can enter a pause in a dialing string, like dialing my
work voice mail then entering mailbox & password. TIA

I'm new to the T720 but may be able to help you. Dial the number via the
keypad as usual. After pressing the last number, press the middle "Menu"
key, scroll down to "Insert pause", you can go from there. Good luck.

Let's press * for a while. Then will appear "p", the pause. At least, it
happens in my GSM 720i.

Thanks to you both ! Both seemed to work fine. Man that book they give you
is pretty crappy. Thanks for taking the time. I'll check in here often, if I
find tips I'll be sure to offer them back.
