TERRIBLE Customer Service my eye

If any of you remember, a few weeks ago Nextel's Net-Mail trivia questions
were coming through as both SMS and Net-Mail. It took a total call time of 5
minutes 34 seconds for Nextel to credit me that $2.40. That includes hold
time, which there was none of today. Just wanted to say something positive
about the CS for once...
