I have a used i95 I bought but when I try to add it to my account (adding

SIM ID) through the Nextel Webpage it says that

currently assigned to another subscriber. How can I fix this? I have Nextel
Insurance and I'd like to add the phone in case it breaks..but I don't know
what kind of proof of purchse Nextel will need to add it to my account
since I bought it used & not from a Nextel dealer or anything.
