Area Code 500

I called Customer Service tonight and they said that in Minnesota I get
unlimited nights & weekends after 9PM, which I already knew, but that NO
long-distance charges apply ANYWHERE in Minnesota. Does that sound correct,
even though in-state long distance charges would apply for hard wired
telephone calls? Also, they said that no extra charges apply for Area Code
715 (nearby Wisconsin) and Area Code 500. I looked on-line and it indicated
that Area Code 500 is:

Personal Communications Services

Has anyone else heard of Area Code 500 or know what it is for?
