Seems a CHICKEN-**** company has either purchased or somehow gotten
"Hotmail's" list of users and buddy lists. They send these ****ty messages to
peole on friends lists, the lucky receiver of this scam thinks it's legit
and also signs up! DONT FALL FOR THIS ONE.
Watch for a "Invitation" to arrive like this....
[email protected] and it says "This looks like a really great way
for us to keep in touch".
In all reality they want you to sign on to their "system". All it really
is...is a front end for sending SMS messages to cellphones, but here is the
hook.....
They CHARGE YOU 25 CENTS PER MESSAGE!!!!
If you DO answer it, they will send you a PIN number to the mobile. If you
reply YOU AGREE TO THEIR CHARGES.
****CAN this message instantly, save yourself the hassles.
