Nextel Antenna adapter cable with TNC female connector

I found this Nextel Antenna adapter cable with TNC (female) connector online

I am wondering if anyone here has every used this. If so, how much did it
help your Nextel system coverage? Also, has anyone here ever purchased from
AWS Wireless. If so, what was your experience?

I have used the cable on a i730 attached to a Smoothtalker. It works great.

I have this setup with an aws antenna and it was definitely not worth it in
the metro Atlanta area.
