Powered down my phone today and when I turned the power back on, the phone goes through the normal startup process, then changes over to a monochrome screen that says "Configuring device Please wait .... 0%" It never changes from 0%. Left if on for about two hours, same thing. Took the battery out, same thing. It appears to be partially connected to the network. I get the chime indicating I have a voice mail, and the green LED is flashing as normal.

Any thoughts???
