I live in York, PA
How would anybody with experience with Nextel vs ATTWS consider the
service, coverage, spam in this area?
Is data charged $ or minutes?
Speed of data?
Are nextel phones on the cellular side configurable such as vibrating on
an incoming call?
Are nextel phones on the Direct Connect side configurable such as
vibrating on an incoming?
Are the phones loud enough for voice, clarity, etc.?
Does nextel list incoming phone #'s on your bill?
Any ?'s that I did not ask but should have please advise....Thanks and
sorry for all of the questions.

Re: Looking @ Nextel and have ?'s...Please HELP
Starner,
I'm a dealer here in York, PA and carry both carriers. Personally I use the
Nextel i90c and (Nokia 3595 ATT Demo).
Coverage is great with either carrier.
ATTWS is a little less expensive on the monthly rate plans.
Data speed is about the same. SLOW! around 14.4 at best.
Choice of phones is greater on ATT currently offering more than 30 handsets
to choose from where as Nextel only has 7 to choose from but should be
launching several more in Q4.
If you are looking to get service feel free to email me and I can talk to
you more indept about coverage and rate plans.

Avoid Nextel! Their customer service is horrible! It's not worth it.
