I just bought 2 i90c Nextel phones and when I went to download some Java
apps I saw that I have something like 225K of memory while I had nothing but
the Java system loaded.
Is the i95c the same way or does it have more memory.
I also was wondering if there is an easy/free way to edit my phonebook
without having to use the phone. I would like to see it on my computer,
make changes/additions, and then upload the phonebook to my phone. Possible
?

Come on Aussie boy, read the description!! At least according to
the iDen and Nextel sites the only difference between them is the
color display. You still can't play UO on it though.

I did a double take when I saw you respond to my message. I thought I had
posted to the wrong group, lol.
I know that iDen and Nextel advertise the bigger and color screen as the
only difference but I read somewhere that there is more memory in the i95c
then in the i90c. I have even found some sites selling the phones also
advertising the 95 as having 2x the java mem.

Re: diff between i90 and i95
Major difference is the color screen, other than that, it's the same as
the i90c which is the phone I have. You can use Nextel's online address
book to manage up to 500. You can edit and download any 250 that you
choose to your phone any time you like. Nextel home page has
instructions on setting up an account.

Well cool! Now if I could get them to make my i95 WORK, I'd be in
goo shape...

Re: diff between i90 and i95
you do about 60 seconds of voice recorder and the memory is full on the i90c
with no java apps installed.
i95 can do like 10 min and still have room for a free games.
