We Routinely get customers that are under the mistaken assumption that
they will have to wait for 24, maybe 48 hours to receive their new
Nextel phones. Most of the time we get the customers out the door
within 1 hour with their brand new Nextel phones. When it takes longer
it is usually a matter of educating the consumer as to the features of
