I work for a company that is thinking about implementing the Blackberry
device. Does anyone have any input on how the Nextel unit and service is?
We are hearing a lot about the battery life not being as long as other
providers because of the push-to-talk feature.

The Blackberry works great, you will probably want the new color
version with speakerphone as the original 6510 doesn't have a
speakerphone and it is kind of awkward holding it up to your ear for a
direct connect call or phone call. It has an earpiece, but for the
casual user, it's not convenient to keep it in your ear all day. Email
feature is quick and user friendly. Spam can quickly fillup your 10mg
mailbox so be careful about giving out your blackberry's email address
    or forwarding your desktop email.

If you need more info, give me a ring at 1-800-908-2337.

The New One Speaker Phone is being called the Blueberry.
According to Nextel Agent Matthew L Kluger.

One of the other rumored features is the ability to open attachments on the
    phone itself.
