You posted a while back that you got a data cable for your 3595 phone in
order to get ringtones and edit your contacts. I have a new 3560 phone and
am looking for a cable as well since I don't have WAP features. Did you get
your cable off of ebay and if so, did you wind up using the Oxygen phone
software? How well is it working?
Thanks,
- Tom C.

Re: Hey SpiderManFan . . .
Well I will have to let you know later on because it was only shipped
on the 14th and hasn,t arrived. I will post my experience with it on
here after a good trial run. On Thu, 15 Jan 2004 10:11:07 -0800, "Tom

Well I did get the USB 3595 cable yesterday (says N3510 but I was
assured it would work) and I have been fiddling with it all day. I
cannot get the trial version of Oxygen to work with it! So PLEASE LET
ME know if you are successful and exactly what you had to do. It was
easy to install the cable and driver but the phone does not show up in
Oxygen. DonnaB

Re: Hey SpiderManFan . . .
Yo Tom, I got my cable in a few minutes ago and believe it or not my
wallpaper is now a swinging spiderman and have dialed my phone several
times to hear AC/DC. This was my first try and BAM, got it. It was
kinda funny to hook up and it does hook up under the battery. Then you
have to turn off your pc, hook up everything, restart pc, go to your
software program and start it up. Then go thru connection set up with
fbus cable setting and everything else is drag and drop into the phone
gallery, under graphics and tones. Litterally had my wallpaper and a
ringtone done in less than 15 minutes. I bought the serial version on
ebay and it was shipped on the 14th got it today. If anyone says it
"isn't supported" or " there is no such hookup" or "no cable" they are
full of ****. I am 35 and have had little computer experience but I
have it working.
If you tell me a good email address{make up a new one if you want} I
will tell you what I used as far as software and where you can get it.
Take Care and Smile alot, it makes people think you are crazy!!!!

Hey Spidey,
Thanks for the info. I'd definitely like to try one of those cables with my
phone. You can send the info to the "fastnetit" account listed below - just
remove the "NO SPAM" portion from the address.
Thanks again,
- Tom C.
