Recordable ring tones

Hi

Considering getting a Nokia Phone and would like to record my
daughters voice and use it as a ring tone. For that matter I would
like to use different tones as well that I can create.

Can someone point me at the minimum phone that would be needed to
support this and the software needed. It has been suggested to me that
the 3410 would be able to do this. The sound quality does not need to
be CD quality, just appreciable as a childs voice.

Your best bet is get a phone that supports "true tones" (i.e. wav or mp3
files as ringtones) if you visit

You'll get a list of phones that we are aware of that support this feature.

Most, if not all, of these handsets will include some sort of software
that will let you download your own truetone ringtones to them.

Be aware that this list is not entirley accurate particularly in the
case of the 6600.
