There's plenty of converters around but I think they do a poor job I think
your better off hunting out the midi.

It's not worth the effort. From what i can tell mp3 doesnt use channels in
the way that midi does and it requires special software to convert. Ive
tried doing this in the past and only got dodgy results. I expect this is
why all the previews on the commercial ringtone sites are in mp3 format - so
that you have to pay before you get to a usable midi file for download to
the PC.
Your want the Midi ideally
