ringtones to phone

I have a Nokia 7160 and just hooked it up to my pc. I have some ringtones I
downloaded but I cant figure out how to get them into the phone. All the
Nokia manual tells me is how to save them once they are there. I see how to
use Fonesync to change address book entries and notes and crap, but thats
about it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Depends on the software u are using.

Upload, savew 2 phone, drag and drop, load. try some in the program
