Any way to transfer games etc via infrared?

Just wondering if it is possible to transfer ringtones / games / apps etc
via infrared from 7250 - 7250?? Any special apps that do the job etc?

MobiMB will let you take them all off the phone to the PC and then
transfer them to the new one.
