Help please. MP3 to ringtone convertor

Hi

I am new here so if there is a faq that would help perhaps someone could
point me that way.

I am looking for a converter to convert wav, MP3 or similar to ringtones,
Anyone know of any that are free or low cost?

Well i use two program but i am not sure what you are converting too, so
here goes

Mp3 wav convertor which converts mp3 to wav and wav to mp3

midi2wav recorder which converts midi to wav files

oh and psmplayer which i use to say chop down a midi file so i can use
certain points of a tune for my ringtone if you understand, some songs are
so long by the time you get to the chorus you have answered the phone so
psmplayer you can record at any point in the song and stop it to
