    Hi, I got this ear piece which I use on my nokia 6021. I notice that if I were to switch it on so that if there is a incoming call, I can on the earpiece to talk. The problem is I realise the battery on the phone frequently went flat easily. How do I prevent that? I tried only switching the earpiece on when the call has been connected. But searching for that option is very difficult during a call. Anyone with advise?

    This is normal as your phone is powering a radio transmitter receiver that is always on, listening in case you start a call. I don't know how old your phone is but it could also be that your battery is due replacement. They do 'tire' with age.

    Hi, my phone is new, nokia 6021. Just bought it less than a week ago and now realise there is bug with it. It's PPT buttons that I can not use, will not become a voice recorder button as stated in the menu and in the internet. The nokia people say too bad. My phone company people say too bad and the promoter bank say who cares. Althought it stated 10 metres maximum distance between phone and ear piece, the sound started to break when ear piece is about one arm away from the phone. Is that normal? I was told using such earpiece causes headach is that true? I do feel headach when using it, not sure if it is because of the blue tooth ear piece.

    Sorry Andy, I've reached the end of my very limited knowledge and can't help with any of the questions you just asked.

    Yes, Blue-tooth does use more power. Tell us how long your battery last
    with & without blue-tooth running, maybe we all need a laugh :}
