T-Mobile To Go - can't download ringtones from 3rd parties - please help

Prepaid T-Mobile To Go accounts have limited internet access.
So, I am able to download ringtones from T-Mobile but
not most other 3rd parties. How can I workaround this to
get ringtones onto my Nokia 6103?
