Hi Derek:

You can email the Nokia binary to your TDMA phone. The
easiest way in the US and Canada is to use Uniring at
http://cellphones.about.com/library/bl_rc.htm or Tone
Converter at http://www.cellringtones.com/toneconv.php to
convert the RTTTL and send the Nokia binary to your phone
for free.
