Nokia 3100 Ringtone question

Hi all

I have just been issued a 3100 for work, I'd like to get it to sound like
an old bakalite phone when it rings (like the desk phone sound in The
Matrix) I have previously heard a .wav file I like but is there any way to
load it onto the phone so it can be used as a ringtone?
I have a DKU-5 cable and the nokia suite but that doesn't seem to allow
editing the files in the gallary to add the .wav file (and could the phone
use a .wav or does it need to be converted to another format)?

it only supports midi... though u can get ringers in midi format too
