How about there are already Bluetooth phones that will work on the
AT&T (GSM) network. If you're asking about Bluetooth for the
"digital" network you won't ever get them as that is the old network.

Actually the 2.4G range has been open for short-range communications
in the US since long before BT was even an idea. Cordless telephones
and wireless audio/video transmitters have us d 2.4G here for years.
Love us or hate us (usually both!) since the US is the largest market
for consumer electronics in the world, very few "world standards" are
created without the US consumer being able to buy them!

He wouldn't have to. Regardless of how our current "regime" acts, the
President doesn't have power over radio transmissions!

Not really. He just awards the big-dollar construction contracts to
"rebuild" Iraq to his old business friends and cronies!

To you as well!

Which is presumably why GSM is so patchy in most places outside major
cities it isn't worth bothering with..?!

Re: Any BlueTooth Noki a Phones?
AT&T doesn't list any of the below phones on their webpage in the
BlueTooth area. Only lists the sony ericsson and siemens.

Re: Any BlueTooth Noki a Phones?
I don't know why they don't. It seems they want to phase out the phones that
do not support the 850MHz GSM band.
Goto this web-url
http://forums.attwireless.com/attws
You will see device specific forums. All these are supported by AT&T. Some
of these phones have Bluetooth.
