"check info service"

I've got a 7110 (stop the sniggering at the back!! lol) and when the signal
is low it keeps saying "check info service", I can make calls and txt ok
though. its annoying cos the screen keeps lighting up when its says "check
info service" and it runs the battery down! and I got bright blue LEDs so it
runs down quick!

Turn the info service/topic index selection to "off"?
