How to close down Nokia PC Suite 5 ?

How can I do this without going through Task Manager ? And how can I prevent
it from loading at startup ?

No Idea how to stop it without going to Task Manager but I can stop it loading at startup.

What I did was remove the links from the startup folder and put a link to a BAT file reading:-

C:\Progra~1\WIDCOMM\BLUETO~1\BTTray.exe
C:\Progra~1\Nokia\PCSUIT~1\CONNMN~1.exe
C:\Progra~1\Nokia\PCSUIT~1\ECTASK~1.exe

That allows you to start it only when you need it!
