    I order two weeks ago a licenses for OPM II.
    I received it 2 days ago, and the licenses is not working.

    Support at OPM is really slowly and not very helpfull.

    Anyone else experiencce ?

    Anyone around here will tell you I'm NOT Oxygens greatest fan,
    But even those guys deserve Christmas off......

    We are sorry this happened but there are 3 ways to get fast response
    from us:

    1) Write to [email protected] . Our support service have worked during
    Christmas as well as 7th of January (our Orthodox Christmas). We try to do
    our best. There can be problems with software and feedback and other ones we
    cannot affect (like electricity failures in Holiday days) but they can be
    solved much faster than in 2 weeks.
    2) Write to our forums on www.opm-2.com . We are trying to answer any
    relevant question.
    3) Drop us a call - the phone number is at our site.

    The least effective way is to write here because we do not provide
    support of our products by many reasons (not to abuse people not interesting
    in us, no possibility to control new messages automatically etc).

    Again, we are sorry. Please try to contact us one of those ways and
    we'll solve the problem.

    I have only good experiences. Even now after my support period is over
    (I think so anyway) I get good answers from them
