Has anybody got some working settings for o2 basic wap which work on a
Nokia 6600? I have tried o2 and nokia ota settings but they only have
gprs wap! I have tried typing in my old settings from my 6610 but no
luck!! i've also had a look on filesaveas.com but again, no luck.
Any help really appreciated,
Chris

You can get the settings sent to you at:

It seems there are a number of various options including basic wap.

The Nokia 6600 is not listed. I have tried the nearest models (7650,
3650) with no luck.

It will be quite slow compared to GPRS, dialup works at 9.6kbps, GPRS is
usually much faster (30kbps-40kbps).
As the phone is GPRS capable, why not get O2 to enable GPRS on your account
?

Ah I see. I'm on Vodafone pay-monthly, where I have a GPRS add-on which
allows 15MB a month. Basic dial-up is charged at 10p a min.
