I have seen them on ebay
expensive for what they are, but if they save scratches, they are worth
having I guess...
...however, I think they may be a load of crap too - they look a bit too
flimsy!
Anyone tried/got one?

u can get em for lotsa models in malaysia...about USD1.50 - 3 each
works to protect scratches; but it makes the screen kinda dark!

hmmm ebay.co.uk has em auctioning, with a "buy it now" price of £5, with
£2.50 P&P
Way too much!

if you're worried about screen scratches Expansys have some screen
protectors cut to the 6600 screen size. Mine will be shipped sometime this
week - I'll let you know how they are :-)

**** scratches. It's a tool, it gets scratched. Then it gets replaced
2 years down the road. Don't be such a lady.. :-)
Soon someone will come up with a pre-scratched phone, kind of like the
'used' look for jeans. I once dropped my 3650 outside on a concrete
floor. Cracked the X-press-on cover a little. Love it more than ever!

I got mine from Expansys, too expensive. Are difficult to apply, look
crappy. If you find a way to apply them without getting tiny bubbles
under let me know, I´ve wasted 2 already.

Easy. Just wet the screen a little bit with facial toner (borrow ur gf's if
u dun have it). Apply the plastic protector. Heat with hair dryer on HOT
setting for a few secs. Perfect results

Re: nokia 6600 protective UV case
Surely all they are is the original 'Screen Protector' that is on your phone
when you receive it.
So maybe save some money and leave this on that Nokia have so thoughtfully
given us all

NOT. They are way thicker a pain in the "a" to apply whithout bubbles
(havn´t managed that yet). The original one, peeled off in no time. I
thought the ones from expansys WERE like the original.

Re: nokia 6600 protective UV case
Facial toner...is aka astringent...its a liquid that stinks like
alcohol....one of em is called LOREAL PURE ZONE [FACIAL TONER]
1. Ur gf washes her face with some foaming white stuff. This is NOT facial
toner. This is the face wash!!
2. She proceeds to use cotton wool and rubs a alcohol-smelling liquid all
over her face. This liquid is aka facial toner.
Or just buy a bottle of LOREAL PURE ZONE STEP 2 at the local supermarket if
ur unsure
