    Hello

My daughter was playing around with her 3510i yesterday, sim card passwords
I think. On power up it now goes to a blank screen with "Sim card rejected"
    and stops.

Her phone works with my sim card in, but her card is still blocked on my
    phone.

I am assuming that this means a call to either Nokia(UK) or O2 to unblock
    her sim?

    Any suggestions.

    Regards
    Jack

If her sim card is blocked it should be asking for
a PUK code. You can only get this from O2.

Sounds like the sim card has given up, a quick call to CS will prob get ya
    another one.
if O2 are anything like Orange pay as u go and you sweet talk them a bit you
    will get one for nothing..

    Recently did the same.
Basically throw away the sim card.
O2 advised me to buy another and they would transfer any credit etc from the
old one to the new one.
I did not get a free one but who knows.
    Good luck

It means the PUK has probably been entered wrong 10 times, you need a
    replacement SIM now.
