Using PC Sync 5, my Outlook contacts get to my 6800 just fine, except
that the postal adresses are missing. is there a trick to getting this
to work, or am I just out of luck?? Thnaks,

It works OK for me using Outlook 2002, though I think long postal addresses
are truncated (as are long comments or notes or whatever they are called). I
did not use any "tricks"! It just worked.
Are you using Outlook Express or 200x?
If you are using 2002 and no-one else can help, email me and I will check my
settings rakrak @ attglobal.net

Figured it out--
It copies the business addresses but not the personal addresses. Who
knows why, but I remapped peronal to business and it worked out.

Maybe because business addy is a default field on the standard template and
personal addys aren't?
