    Hi,
I tried for hours getting this to work, would be cool if someone could help
    me.
I bought the D-Link DBT-120 Bluetooth USB stick. Plugged it in, installed
the Widcomm Bluetooth software and Nokia PC Suite for the 6600.
I also managed to set up the serial port connection. mRouter in the Task
Bar is green/blue instead of grey, when doubleclicking it says "Bluetooth
    COM3 Connected".
However, I can't get PC Suite to work. When launching PC Suite, there's a
window "Welcome to PC Suite", in which it says to attach the 6600 and press
OK to continue. When I click OK, nothing happens. The empty PC Suite window
stays open, in the lower right corner it says "(Offline) Disconnected". At
the same time, mRouter says "Connected".
How can I get PC Suite to recognize the mobile?

    Thanks,
    Marian

Re: Nokia 6600 + Bluetooth + PC Suite

sounds to me like the bluetooth software com port is different than what
mrouter thinks it should be, and also try setting the serial port to a
    higher com port,

    Com 3 sounds weird....

For example my Serial Port Com is assigned Com 6 and in mrouter Com 6 is
    ticked.

And it sounds like you installed PC suite b4 the bluetooth software...remove
both and install Bluetooth first, then PC Suite and it would be a good idea
if you connect the 6600 with bluetooth b4 installing PC Suite so it can
recognise it during the install process.

    cheers

Re: Nokia 6600 + Bluetooth + PC Suite

You need to tick Com 4 in mRouter for DLink. You can access by doubling
clicking on grey icon in system tray which looks like two separated
triangles at an angle when disconnected.

a_dude is right about your install order. PC Suite is pretty picky in the
install. BT software/adapter first, then pair or bond, connect pc/phone via
serial port & THEN start PC Suite.

This forum has very good guides on Bluetooth devices and setup. Go to the
    BT guides section:

    Cheers
