    Dear All,

    Help!

Trying to use infa red port on laptop to transfer phone no's to 6100

Installed software but no connection. I click on connection within Phone
Copier & get message 'No such interface supported'. Click ok & message
repeated about 3 times, then get the Nokia connection manager dialogue -
only option is 'cancel'. Others are greyed out

Can anyone advise what is going wrong

Don't want to input 150 names manually, plus no means to back up content in
    future

    Ta

    Port IS activated

Recognises both 6100 & 6210 as shown in IR monitor

Problem seems to be in Nokia software (?)
