7250i and DKU-5 Cable

I've read about the difficulties people have had getting the drivers
installed for the DKU-5 calbe, but has anyone come across a situation
where you get a message on the phone saying "enhancement not
supported" when connecting the phone to the cable?

Does anyone know if that's a firmware problem?

ive had that same problem but after i installed the drivers again it worked.

if u got xp just let it search the driver cd and it installs automatically.
if u got a lower version OS then check the cd for "usb driver" folder or a
name similar then when ur at the :add new hardware screen just search in
that path on the cd (usb driver) is and it should install

Well I've uninstalled everything and reinstalled the driver for the
cable. The device manager tells me the cable is installed and working
properly. So I start to install the Nokia Suite (latest version from
the website) and connect the other end of the cable to the phone when
directed.

The phone says "enhancement not supported" and the installer for Nokia
suite says it can't detect the phone.

Needless to say Nokia support have not replied to the email I sent
Thursday and I am not a happy chap at the moment.
