Nokia 3200 to PC picture downloads

I have 3200 and want to download images from my phone to my PC. I have an
IRDA infra red device hooked up but the phone gives a connection failed
message.
Has anyone succeeded in doing this?
Any help appreciated

could someone tell me.... opm2 has no mention of support for a 7250. does it work with the DKU-5 cable? has anyone tried it?
