How to replace front 6310i?

Hi,
Saturday today.... .

To replace my front on my 6310i?
- I do find 4 screws to be removed, however the back is not removable when
the 4 screws are out.
-> Anymore ?

There are simple dismantle instructions on the UselessInfo site in my sig.
Be careful with the plastic clips around the top of the phone.
