PC Suite 6610 Sticky Outbox

Recently I've not be able to send messages from PC suite. Initially I
get a dialogue box that states that the message cannot be sent.
Thereafter it just sticks in the outbox. I've tried reinstalling PC
suite 5.1 but to no avail. It used to work with this phone and PC. I
don't know what changed. Any ideas?

I have nokia 7650 but I want a program: total ir remote full and cracked.
