Nokia 7650 powers down too soon !

Does anyone knows how to change the battery voltage value memorized on
phones
that triggers the phone to power down with the message "Low Battery!" ?

If I switch the power back on, and don't enter PIN code, I can dial
emergency call's forever, and still it won't go off. But as soon as I enter
the PIN, it will go off.
