send sms to icq from mobile

Hi there, I can relieve sms messages from icq on my mobile no problem at all
but I can't reply to them on my nokia 8310 I get a "number not in use" error
message, does anyone know what country and area code or any other relevant
info to help

charge ??? what you on ? i've never been charged for using the icq sms
service and ive used it quite a lot of times
