Trying to transfer some MP3 files as ringtones and the phone says not enough
memory, thought it had near 30MB and this is just a 3MB file

Probably not the best way, but I have Win98SE on my computer, and have just
used Windows Explorer, to drag and drop into the folders I want them to go
    into.
When using WinExplorer, and of course, with the phonce connected via USB,
you will notice an icon for the 7600.

Expand it, so you can see the folders, and then try to drop it into a
    different folder.
