I'm having a problem moving my contacts off of a nokia 3360 which is no =
longer in service (service was moved to a new phone). I tried using =
Float's Mobile Agent and got numerous error messages when it tried to =
read the phone memory. The phone and the computer were properly =
connected via the IR ports. Is the problem that the old phone doesn't =
have service and the
SIM can't read, or the data is invalid? Is it =
possible to get the contacts off a phone after service is discontinued?
