    Sounds like a house-number, or it could be an ASIC, what's the IC

    UPDATE:

    Turns out it's a Texas Instruments microcontroller with DSP, suggest the
    OP contacts TI for the datasheets.

    I think thet this is ASIC manufactured by TI . But i didn't find
    documentation , mayby it is secret? . This is use in NOKIA 3310.

    A Google search for 'MAD2WD1' turns up some useful info however.

    Which leads to:

    This looks like the CPU core used in the MAD2WD1.

    BTW are you trying to reverse-engineer your 3310 ?

    But i need full description of architecture of this ASIC. Thear are using
    serial port communictation and other special devices
