The 6610 has the volume control rocker switch on the
left side of the case. On mine, it works fine to turn the
volume down. But it doesn't work anymore when I try
to turn the volume up.
Is there a menu on this phone where one can adjust
the volume? I haven't been able to find any, so I suspect
there isn't. But I thought I would ask before returning
the phone.
Thanks.

Not 100% sure, but most nokias allow up/down by arrow keys/joystick while in
a call to turn the volume up/down . .
