by default the nokia 6100 saves in phone and
sim, but normally saves to
phone first. - that explains why u cant see ur phone book in 3410. I
normally set my phones to
SIM only phone book first thing they come out of
the box
aside to your problem, check the battery is fully charged up because that
behaviour I get when the battery is dead.
if not it's nokia u need to speak to i'm afraid, if ur still under 12 months
old they should repair for free within 24 working hours
