are you sure bluetooth can't be accessed via j2me on 3650/n-gage ?
I've found this site:

they explain that just modifying the WTK (with the good JSR) we could
devellop bluetooth with MIDP 1.0 but the compiled demo is just for 6600
(midp 2.0) and as I only own 1 n-gage I can't recompile with the good JSR
and test if it works.
