3510 Dead

Any suggestions my daughters 3510 is dead, she says she was
downloading a ringtone from the net and it just went off. Won't switch
on or anything

Any help appreciated

Try removing the battery for a few mins and then replacing it to see if that
helps. Is it possible that the battery is flat?

Hey, I had the same problem i braught it to the nokia centre near me and they just had to put the software back on it! Hope that helps!
